Program Description: Ticomix provides SMS messaging services for business communications, including customer support inquiries, service updates, appointment reminders, and general business notifications related to your software solutions and IT services relationship with Ticomix.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Ticomix. You may receive messages in response to your inquiries, service updates, or occasional promotional communications. Typically, you can expect to receive no more than 10 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Ticomix is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless provider.

Opt-In: By providing your phone number and consent, you agree to receive SMS messages from Ticomix, Inc. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Ticomix. Upon receipt of your STOP request, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from this number.
