In the Plus tier we assess how your application could connect: some systems support it already, some can connect through an integration platform, and some need custom development. If custom development is the answer, you get a fixed quote for it as an alternative you can weigh against full modernization. This can include a Q&A interface that lets your team ask questions about the code, the business rules, and the reasoning behind them, the institutional knowledge that usually walks out the door when a long-tenured employee leaves.
