The law firm’s Visual FoxPro system had reached its breaking point. With more than 75 daily users and a growing volume of claims, performance deteriorated dramatically. Basic operations took far too long; saving a simple claims record took up to ten minutes. Efficiency suffered, deadlines became harder to meet, and frustration grew among attorneys and staff.
Beyond performance issues, the old architecture limited scalability. Adding new features was difficult. The document storage process needed modernization, and the firm required an interface that felt familiar, so staff wouldn’t need extensive retraining.

Designing the Solution

Developing the Solution
