To qualify, you must have 2-5 years of prior sales experience with success in opening new accounts with initial deal size from 10-50K. We prefer successful sales experience in one or more of the following industries: Business application software like CRM or Accounting software products, sales of IT consulting services or other technical products or consulting services. You have experience and exceptional ability to motivate and influence key contacts and decision makers. You can create competitive differentiation as you are a practitioner of solution selling methodologies. Proven talent, expertise and success in prospecting both cold and warm leads to target companies with the ability to both start and maintain customer relationships. You can listen, extrapolate information and leverage resources to effectively provide solutions to meet the customer needs. You also have experience working in an office or remotely from your own home office with the willingness to be accountable to management. THE POSITION: You will target small to medium size businesses that are looking to implement an initial or different CRM system, or improve their current CRM system. The position calls for a true sales professional discussing specific business needs in the areas of sales, marketing, customer service, and customer relationships and applying CRM technology to support those needs.
