(www.ticomix.com) announces today it has acquired NEPO Systems (www.neposystems.com), a Washington, D.C.-based software firm providing consulting, implementation and custom development of the customer relationship management platform SugarCRM. The acquisition further extends Ticomix’s service and delivery capabilities of SugarCRM, with whom Ticomix is already a “Platinum Partner.”
NEPO Systems was founded in Washington, DC in 2009 as an open systems software developer (the name is “open” backwards), and soon thereafter began utilizing SugarCRM’s extensive framework to develop custom modules and add-ons for commercial and Federal clients across the US and Canada.
Matt Cooke, NEPO’s owner and president, now joins Ticomix as Vice President of Strategic Development.
In addition to Matt, NEPO’s Jeff Bickart comes on board as Technology Evangelist, along with Karl Hill as Senior Consultant, and Trent Lugar and Kranthi Lakkoju as SugarCRM Consultants.
