Challenge

Keystone was faced with a significant challenge: its legacy property management ERP system had reached the end of its life, with no capacity for upgrades or enhancements. However, due to the extensive scale of Keystone’s user base and the complexity of its data, the ERP migration had to be implemented in phases.

A key hurdle was the existing customer portal. Rebuilding it to accommodate both the old and new systems during the phased transition would have substantially increased both timelines and costs. On top of that, the portal’s outdated technology made it difficult to use and uninviting for single- and multi-role users alike.

Designing the Solution
