NEW HIRES:

Brad Bennehoff (Project Manager)
Brad joins Ticomix with over 20 years experience in technology and customer service. He is overseeing brand development and sales for Ticomix’s most recent software acquisition, BreakingAway™, a proprietary customization of the popular client management software GoldMine® designed specifically for financial advisors. Brad’s roles include customer service, outbound sales and on-going client relationships specifically related to BreakingAway™. His prior work has included service and technology positions with the Winnebago County Courthouse, Woodward Governor and Sage Technologies, as well as a previous stint with Ticomix from 2000-2004 when they first become a “value-added reseller” of GoldMine®.

Becci Gearman (Account Manager)
Becci joins Ticomix with over 20 years experience in technology and training. She is also involved in the BreakingAway™ acquisition by providing key oversight for development and technical support. She has a bachelor’s in Business Information Systems, including analysis and development, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Education through Phoenix University. Her prior work has included training and curriculum development for both classroom and corporate environments, as well as crucial technology positions with finance and insurance industry giants Carson Wealth Management Group and Medico Life Insurance.

Dawna Ullrich (Account Manager)
Dawna joins Ticomix with 13 years experience in IT Sales and customer service. Her primary role with Ticomix includes sales, service and support for GoldMine® client management software. Her duties involve pre-sales support, product demonstrations, developing client relationships and long-term account management. Prior to Ticomix, her expertise with technology and client relations were developed while designing customer websites for ACRUX Integrated Solutions and later as a successful corporate sales agent for Sound Incorporated (Naperville, IL) and NWN Corporation (Charlotte, NC), both leading IT solution providers.

Erin Rickabaugh (Administrative/Marketing Assistant)
Erin joins Ticomix with 7 years experience in customer service and administrative work. Her primary role with the company is managing dispatch, assisting the Marketing Manager and general administrative tasks. Her duties include customer service, task and dispatch management and marketing assistance both online and off. She graduated from Saint Xavier University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and a minor in Graphic Design. Her customer service experience comes from 7 years in the retail setting, where she also obtained her administrative background.

Mike Roberts (Marketing Manager)
Mike’s joins Ticomix with 20 years experience in sales, marketing and communications. He will coordinate Ticomix’s overall marketing and branding strategies, including a major upgrade to the company’s website by January 2011. Prior to joining, Mike worked with Ticomix as an outside consultant, a service he has provided for businesses of all sizes from around the Rock River Region as well as across the country, specializing in corporate identity, communications design and internet marketing. Mike has previously held several executive marketing positions for companies including CPR, Inc. (Houston, TX), Impact Productions (Tulsa, OK), and Chase Manhattan, as well as being a business owner himself.
