Tim Ancona, CEO
Tim Ancona is CEO of Ticomix and Aptris. Having launched Ticomix in March of 2000, he has since established it as a leader in the area of business-to-business technology services across the nation, and Ticomix has been named by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in America for the 4th consecutive year (2013-2016). Tim’s focus on the customer has taken the company to a place of national leadership in technology solutions for businesses of all types and sizes, and superior customer satisfaction at every level. Through various industry leadership positions, Tim has had the unique opportunity to not only grow his own enterprises, but also to help literally thousands of other businesses and organizations grow their bottom line through effective use of technology and software solutions.
Outside of business, Tim spends his time with his wife of 28 years, Karen, and their 3 children, Ashley, Justin and Brandon. He is a lifelong tennis player and enthusiast, serving as a local high school coach and volunteer for the USTA. Tim is also very active in the community, serving on the boards of Youth for Christ and in various positions for Transform Rockford, a local initiative aimed at stimulating greater growth and success in the Rock River region.
Michael Antonelli, Senior VP of Sales/Marketing – Ticomix/Aptris
Prior to Ticomix and Aptris, Michael was the Founder and President of Anton Systems, Inc., a business technology company providing solutions based on leading CRM and ITSM software technologies to over seven hundred businesses and organizations. In early Spring 2013, Anton Systems and Ticomix joined together to form Aptris. Michael has been involved in all areas of marketing and selling of IT Service Management solutions for clients in HealthCare, Government, Financial Institutions and Wholesale/Distribution companies.
Outside his business role, Michael has been actively involved in the YMCA as a Board Member and volunteers on many committees. He also continues to help many small non-profit organizations with fund raising needs by helping define, setup and train their fund development staff.
Brian Huber, VP of Professional Services
Brian has been with Aptris/Ticomix for over 10 years and has a total of 25 years in the IT industry. In his role, Brian oversees service delivery by Aptris consultants and project management. In addition, Brian is involved in process consulting and needs analysis, with a particular focus on IT Service Management practices. Brian holds certifications including the highest available ITIL certifications (v2 Service Master and v3 Expert), as well as a broad range of software product certifications.
Phyllis Ginestra, Chief Financial Officer
Phyllis joined Ticomix in 2012 as CFO after spending the majority of her career in New York working in the Ad world – think Mad Men. She worked at Ogilvy and had the great pleasure of working with David Ogilvy – a seminal experience that shaped the business professional she is today. She later served as R/GA’s CFO – a company providing interactive media and special effects for TV and film – where she witnessed first-hand the power of technology and the opportunities that exist when properly nurtured. She earned her Accounting degree at Marquette University and enjoys exchanging knowledge and life-long learning.
Dean Johnson, Chief Technology Officer
Dean joined Ticomix in 2013 with over 27 years of experience in the IT industry. As CTO for Ticomix, he is responsible for driving the overall technology vision for the company and overseeing Ticomix’s Infrastructure group. Prior to Ticomix, Dean held technology leadership positions at SupplyCore (A DOD Prime Vendor) for 8 years and at Beloit Corporation (a Fortune 500 Company) for 6 years. He has held several Cisco (CCNP), Microsoft (MCSE), IBM (Lan Server), Novell (CNE) certifications, as well as nearly 20 other industry-recognized certifications. Outside of work, Dean is an avid bicyclist and a member of Team Fur Bandit, whose riding events raise thousands in charity each year. He has logged over 50K miles in all of his years of riding.
Mike Roberts, VP of Marketing
Mike joined Ticomix in 2010 with 20 years experience in sales, marketing and communications. He coordinates Ticomix’s overall marketing and branding strategies. Mike originally worked with Ticomix as an outside consultant, a service he provided to businesses of all sizes across the country, specializing in corporate identity, creative communications design and internet marketing. Mike has previously held several senior-level marketing positions for companies including CPR, Inc. (Houston, TX), Impact Productions (Tulsa, OK), and Chase Manhattan.
Outside of work, he spends his time with his wife Donna, his three sons (Austin, Daylen & Landon), his three-step children (Dougie, Nicky & Bethany) and their little Dauchsund mini (Schatzy). He’s also a multi-instrumental musician as well as an accomplished speaker, currently serving as VP Public Relations for a local Toastmasters group, SAVANToastmasters.
David Knoup, Director of Application Development
David joined the company in 2009 with over 12 years experience in business consulting and software development. He manages custom software development for Ticomix, with a focus on making the software work for the customer, giving them the information they need when they need it. His extensive training (accounting, manufacturing, payroll, HR and data collection systems) plus his experience owning his own company for several years provides him the experience to help organizations streamline their systems and grow their business.
Jim Senske, VP of Sales – Aptris (Southern Region)
Jim Senske started with Anton Systems in 2004, prior to Anton joining with Ticomix to form Aptris. Jim has held sales management positions in the IT industry for the last 15 years, and has helped organizations meet their IT Service Management needs for over 10 years. He currently holds an MBA from the University of Miami as well as an ITIL Foundations v3 certification.
John Manna, VP of Sales – Aptris (Northern Region)
John joined Ticomix in 2011, prior to Ticomix joining with Anton Systems to form Aptris. He has over 16 years of service desk leadership experience. Prior to Ticomix, he was at SMA Management Systems (White Plains, NY) where he led the team that achieved the number one FrontRange Partner status for six years in a row. At Aptris, he manages customer relationships and business development out of Aptris’ New York regional office. John holds industry certifications that include ITIL Foundations, FrontRange products and Knowledge Management.
Kevin Reichley, VP of Sales – CRM
Kevin joined Ticomix in 2008 when they acquired his business, Datamation Dynamics, the largest GoldMine® Partner in North America in 2003. His background includes managerial and executive positions in sales, marketing and operations, as well as a law practice before joining the corporate ranks more than thirty years ago. Kevin has over 20 years experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), including consulting, selling and managing CRM implementations and ongoing support for hundreds of organizations nationwide.
Matthew Cooke, VP of Strategic Development
Matthew is a two-time entrepreneur with over 15 years of sales, marketing and operational experience within the technology sector. He has built and sold two technology companies, the most recent of which was an Open Source Solutions provider that was purchased by Ticomix. In his role at Ticomix, his focus is on identifying and executing strategic initiatives that build new revenue channels and achieve long-term sustainable growth. His responsibilities include expanding into new markets and increasing the breadth of product and services offered by Ticomix.
