• Tuesday, July 14 - Optimizing your GM User Preferences This is a user level class exploring the many ways that GoldMine may be customized by each user.  These include the different views available, from menus to contact records; display options to change what is displayed and how it is displayed; and other user preferences to make GoldMine personalized to their needs.   
• Tuesday, July 21 - Working with Contacts Using GMPE Search Center Leverage the power of this key functionality to increase productivity.
• Tuesday, July 28 - Leveraging the Activity Lists and Calendar Improve your time management in GoldMine by using the activity list and calendar.   
• Tuesday, August 4 - Building and Using Filters and Reports (Combined with Using GoldMine Reports)   How to quickly locate the records you need and report on them.          
• Tuesday, August 11 - Effective email Management (Combined with Electronic Communication with your Prospects) The E-Mail Management webinar is designed for all GoldMine users.  Clean up your inbox and keep track of messages.  In this session we will cover everything from setting up your mail account in GoldMine to managing your mail folders and using mail rules.  Understand security options and how to handle bounce backs.  
• Tuesday, August 18 - Merging with Word/Excel    Learn how the GoldMine link to MS Office can be used not only to improve productivity by automatically merging GoldMine data into Word and Excel templates or forms but also eliminate mistakes.  You can have all key correspondence and other documents linked to the Contact record, so you’ll never lose a document or waste time finding it when a customer is on the phone. Improve best practices with a library of perfect documents everyone can use, and personalize, as necessary.  Exporting lists to Excel is also fast and easy. 
• Tuesday, August 25 - GoldMine Toolbars and Templates This is a class designed for mid-level GoldMine users who want to get more out of GoldMine.  It includes customizing the toolbar, and the navigation pane.  Tired of using the signature file?  Learn how to build and use email templates.  Creating Word templates for mailings will also be covered.       
• Tuesday, September 1 - Working with the Organizational Chart and Relationships  Learn how to create organizational charts using the Relationship tab in GoldMine Premium Edition.  Training will include creating and editing org charts/relationships, creating chart levels, working with org charts and account roll-up. For GoldMine Premium Edition Users.     
• Tuesday, September 8 - Using MasterMine and MasterMine Updater  MasterMine is the easiest, fastest way to get and share business critical information from GoldMine.  A must for sales and marketing professionals, business owners, and report specialists. 
• Tuesday, September 15 - Working with Detail Records This session for Advanced End Users and Administrators will give include using Details over custom fields, creating custom Details, searching on Details, and creating GoldMine Groups based on Detail Data. 
• Tuesday, September 22 - Importing and Exporting with GoldMine   This Advanced session will cover creating import files, acceptable data file formats, saving an Excel spreadsheet as a dbf, and filtering the imported records.
