Ticomix Consultant Becomes ITIL Master Certified

Ticomix, Inc. recently announced Brian Huber, Service Desk Technical Consultant, has become IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Master Certified.  This certification adds to an already long list of qualifications for Huber and further proves his dedication to the Service Support and Service Delivery industry. 

The 13-week course demanded 100 hours of classroom time, an additional 200 hours of independent study and assignment completion, and a passing score on the rigorous certification exam.  “With this remarkably significant accomplishment, Brian has reassured my already strong belief in him as a committed, highly motivated, and knowledgeable leader who can offer IT Service Management consulting and assistance to organizations with the adoption of their ITIL best practices,” said Tim Ancona, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ticomix.
