GoldMine (FrontRange Solutions) Application Consultant
Ticomix seeks a consultant to install and support GoldMine for our client
environments. Specific duties include developing and implementing new GoldMine
systems, preparing technical documents, and providing post implementation
support.
This role can also include going on-site to client locations, working with
the Project Manager to install the GoldMine application software, and performing
further integration and testing. Responsible for servicing clients in the
greater Illinois and Wisconsin area. Travel Required.
Duties:
- Configure application software based on defined requirements
- Perform integration of applications
- Prepare documentation of the configuration and/or integration items
performed
- Install applications on servers, desktop and web clients
- As necessary, create product demonstration presentation for the Sales
Team
- As necessary, deliver product demonstration to key decision makers
- As necessary, be involved in company events; trade shows, user group
meetings, Webinars
Skills:
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Able to communicate in a business-to-business environment
- Excellent presentation skills

Network Technician
If you are seeking a place where you are part of a growing, successful team,

in the general Rockford, Illinois area who would service our current and new clients.
The ideal candidate will have a good foundation of network and PC principles
and will possess a strong desire to grow their infrastructure as well as
application knowledge.Ticomix provides small businesses with a variety of
Network Services, but also works with larger customers on implementing advanced
CRM and Service Desk Solutions.
The position will require some local travel.
Some Typical Duties:

- Support Servers and PCs in the Rockford area
