ITSM Support

The ITSM Support program is designed for those companies that rely on ITSM as a crucial part of their business and need to minimize downtime while maximizing productivity. The ITSM Support program is ideal for those companies that prefer priority scheduling and would also like to lock in a service level rate. The ITSM Support program is very flexible and offers a plan that can fit in to almost any budget and has the following features.

 

Terms & Conditions:

-          Support can be preformed as on-site or remote

-          Minimum of daily rate charged for on-site support

-          Remote support will be billed on ¼ hour increments and charged against pre-paid days.

-          Internet connection (128>) required for remote support services

-          Pre-paid support hours valid for one year after initiating agreement

-          Remote Support service set-up included

-          Service available Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Excluding National Holidays
