The ITIL Executive course is a senior level overview of the IT Infrastructure Library specifically focused on benefits and paths to success. Designed for IT and/or business executives (C level or director only) this course focuses on how ITIL delivers strategic benefits to the entire businessenterprise via more aligned, efficient and effective IT.

ITIL Awareness Overview :

The ITIL Awareness course is an overview of the key concepts and terminology in Information Technology Service Management per the global standard Infrastructure Library. Designed for professionals who need awareness but not necessarily day-to-day operating knowledge about ITIL, the course focuses on how ITIL relates to and intersects the students' work world.

ITIL Practitioners Training:

The ITIL Practitioner training is a detailed study and hands-on approach to one or more tightly linked ITIL processes. Designed for the Process Manager and/or highly motivated, knowledgeable and committed team leader who can assume a critical role in mapping the processes in question into increasing alignment with the business and harmony with the IT product groups.

ITIL Service Manager Masters Training:

The ITIL Service Manager Masters (SMM)  is an in-depth study and application of the Service Support and Service Delivery disciplines. Designed for the highly motivated, knowledgeable and committed leader who can assume, as internal or external consultant, a critical role in driving the IT organization toward successful adoption and increasing maturity of an ITIL-based IT service management framework. This 9-13 week course demands 90 hours of classroom time and up to an additional 200 hours of independent study and assignment completion and is recommended for those expecting to pass the rigorous certification.
