HEAT Track
BPAM: This course will cover some best practices and the setup of advanced business rules.
ATG: This course will cover the setup of the Create, Update, and Error Handler ATG actions.

ITSM Track
Dashboards: This course will cover the setup of Chart and MultiView Grid dashboard parts.
Business Rules: This course will cover some best practices and the setup of advanced business rules.
