GoldMine Strategic Considerations
Learn about the primary strategic aspects of deploying and using GoldMine in your organization.  This valuable executive session explores the various functional areas of GoldMine and some strategic considerations concerning extending functionality beyond GoldMine with other products or integration with your existing software. Find out how GoldMine can become a more integral part of your overall information management environment to more fully support your sales, marketing and customer service processes. 

Business Intelligence - Reporting and Dashboards
In this session, you’ll find out how to turn your GoldMine data into meaningful business intelligence to better monitor and measure activities and results.  Learn about various reporting and dashboard tools available for displaying  and analyzing information at various levels – executive, managerial, and end user.  See how dashboards can be used to provide summary information with drill-down capabilities to see the big picture and the underlying detailed information.   

Aligning GoldMine with your Business Processes
Do you want to see how other organizations use GoldMine effectively?  In this session, three organizations will share how they addressed their specific business needs to support various sales, marketing and customer service processes.  You’ll not only find out how they configured and use GoldMine, but also the results of their GoldMine best practices.

eMarketing with GoldMine
This session will give you and your organization the steps needed to optimize eMarketing with GoldMine.  Learn how GoldMine can be used to create and execute a successful email marketing campaign.  Also, find out how to handle various email challenges such as “bounce backs”, unsubscribe requests, and tracking click-throughs.  We’ll show you the most essential areas that you need to understand to effectively leverage GoldMine in conjunction with your email marketing strategies.  It’s a must for everyone in this decade of overwhelming eMarketing success.

In this session, you’ll learn about the major features of the newest releases of GoldMine Premium Edition and GoldMine Corporate Edition.  You’ll also see how those features can be used to increase the level of GoldMine usage in your organization, and provide more value to you from your GoldMine system.

Training:  GoldMine Security
In this training class, you’ll learn how to enhance security and data integrity in your GoldMine system.  You’ll find out about the various security levels in GoldMine including record-level security, field-level security, and user-level security. Find out how to set security at the various levels and how to optimize the balance between GoldMine user collaboration and control of your system. 

Training:  Automated Processes
Automated Processes is a powerful feature of GoldMine that enables you to automate actions and sequences of actions involved in your business processes.  Using Automated Processes provides efficient and consistent workflow.  In this training class, you’ll learn how to design and use basic Automated Processes incorporating actions such as sending emails, scheduling activities, and updating data fields.   

End User Training  

Training:  GoldMine Basics I
This training class is designed for new and untrained GoldMine users.  Topics will include the basics of GoldMine usage such as creating and searching for contact records, scheduling and completing activities, and using the GoldMine calendar and activity list functionality.

Training:  GoldMine Basics II
This training class provides additional basic GoldMine user training for the new or inexperienced GoldMine user.  In this class, you’ll learn some intermediate topics such as how to use GoldMine filters and groups to manage contact records, send and receive email within GoldMine, and use mail and email merging for communications.
