GoldMine Prepaid Support

Services Provided:

 
Support Incident  Ticomix will resolve your GoldMine Support Incidents using Help Desk and remote access support through a toll-free hotline during Help Desk hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST).  Four (4) Support Incidents are provided per quarter at no charge.  Additional Support Incidents are billed in quarter-hour increments and decremented against the Prepaid Block of hours.
   
Remote Access
Ticomix will provide you with remote access support at no additional charge over the normal billing rate.
   
Priority Dispatch
Support Incidents requiring On-Site support dispatched from the Help Desk receive priority scheduling and will be decremented against the Prepaid Block of hours.
   
Product Updates
Product updates and patches to GoldMine® and GoldSync™ will be made available for you by Help Desk personnel as they are available.  Assistance with product updates may be obtained from the Help Desk.
   
Tips/Tricks
Ticomix may periodically provide Webinars featuring Tips & Tricks, new products and new product add-ons.  You may have one participant in each Webinar free of charge.
   
Training
Ticomix will host a monthly Webinar designed to train users on the use of GoldMine and GoldMine related products.  You may have one (1) connection to Webinar at no charge and may have as many people as is practical on that one connection.
   
Escalation
Ticomix will escalate Support Incidents involving bugs or enhancements to manufacturer.
   
Consulting
On-site and Remote work requested by you to fix or enhance GoldMine.  Some types of consulting that may be performed include GoldSync Support, GoldMine Customizations, Coaching, and Data Imports.
   
Review
Ticomix will perform an Annual GoldMine Solution Review at the your request.
   
Reporting 
Ticomix will develop and troubleshoot GoldMine related reports.
