Using your CTRL key for easier Web browsing
Remember when websites were full of "popups?" Not so much nowadays, thanks to modern Web browsers including popup blockers as a built-in feature. But what about those times when you actually need the popup?
CTRL TIP #1: When you need to allow a popup, hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and click on the link that you want to get to, and the blocker will allow it through.
Another modern browser feature is the ability to have multiple sites open at the same time, so you never have to worry about "losing your place" again. Each new site shows up in a tab at the top of the browser (similar to multiple programs showing up as buttons at the bottom of your Windows screen). How to have a multi-site experience?
CTRL TIP #2: If you click on any standard link while holding down the CTRL key on your keyboard it will open up the webpage you want in a new tab.
