ITSM 7.1.3 update released by FrontRange
FrontRange Solutions has just released the 7.1.3 to it's ITSM software. Users will be pleased to find many issues have been addressed and several key enhancements have been added. ITSM 7.1.3 Patch Release Notes
ITSM Release Version 7.1.3 is a stabilization release that includes fixes to over 120 customer issues and the following enhancements:
- Deactivate software through ITSM for DSM integration (documented in ITSM Application configuration guide)
- iFrame support in new Web platform (ITSM Self Service Configuration guide): This will allow main content area of Self Service application be embedded inside customer defined HTML page
- Auto-Response on Error: Auto-response-on-error feature allows the system administrators to configure e-mail listener to automatically report the error back to the end user
- Paging support in Smart Client object matching
- Open LDAP support for Web Platform: Allow main content area of Self Service application be embedded inside customer defined HTML page
ITSM 7.1.3 Patch issue fixes
