Update available to ITSM Enterprise 7
ITSM7.0.2.2 Patch (version 7.0.2 Build 221) can be installed on top of:
- ITSM 7.0.2 Gold (version 7.0.2 Build 127)
- ITSM 7.0.2 Gold (version 7.0.2 Build 127) + ITSM 7.0.2.1 Patch (version 7.0.2 Build 166)
Note: you cannot upgrade to a new localized version if the original install was not already a localized install. In other words, if the 7.0.2 install was English, you will not be able to use the patch to upgrade to 7.0.2.2 German or 7.0.2.2 French.
ITSM 7.022 will be available to customers current on their FrontRange maintenance and support contract. The product download will be available from the FrontRange Solutions Support Site Download Center.
