Ticomix is a provider of products and services for customer relationship management (CRM), sales force automation (SFA), IT service management (ITSM), information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) call centers, help desks, and computer networking. Our mission is to help our clients succeed through effective technology implementation and management. Headquartered in Rockford, Illinois, Ticomix also has a regional presence in Chicago, Illinois; Des Moines, Iowa; Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Columbus, Ohio; Indianapolis, Indiana; Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin; San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas, Texas.

Through the acquisitions of Signet, Professional edge, and most recently Datamation Dynamics, Ticomix has grown into a sustainable, reputable company. In 2005, 2006, and 2007, Ticomix was awarded top ten HEAT software partner by FrontRange Solutions. With the acquisition of Datamation Dynamics in 2007, Ticomix became the top GoldMine partner in North America. Through ongoing conferences, user groups, webinars, seminars, and training, we continue to show our support to the service desk, CRM, and networking industries.

Ticomix was founded in March of 2000 by Tim Ancona. Tim decided on the name Ticomix (pronounced Ty-com-ix) for a couple of reasons: 1) he wanted us to have a unique name so we could easily be found on the internet and 2) he used a combination of his first name and our industry to come up with the rest. If you were unsure how to pronounce our company name at first, you are not alone. Over the years, we have been called a variety of names but however you want to pronounce it, you can count us to be reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable.
