Through the acquisitions of Signet, Professional edge,
and most recently Datamation Dynamics, Ticomix has grown into a sustainable, reputable company. In
2005 and 2006, Ticomix was awarded top ten HEAT software partner by
FrontRange Solutions. With the acquisition of Datamation Dynamics, Ticomix became the top GoldMine partner in North America. Through ongoing conferences, user groups,
webinars, seminars, and training, we continue to show our support to
the service desk, CRM, and networking industries.
Ticomix was founded in March of 2000 by Tim Ancona. Tim decided on the name Ticomix (pronounced Ty-com-ix) for a couple of reasons: 1) he wanted us to have a unique name so we could easily be found on the internet and 2) he used a combination of his first name and our industry to come up with the rest. If you were unsure how to pronounce our company name at first, you are not alone. Over the years, we have been called a variety of names but however you want to pronounce it, you can count us to be reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable.
