Breaking Away Reference Manual (rev. 9-15-2011):

The Breaking Away Reference Manual has been updated to include changes to GoldMine functionality and the Breaking Away overlay.

Prospect-to-Client Dashboard – This new dashboard works in conjunction with the Prospect to Client Process automated processes. These processes with automate of sending the prospect packet, advisor reviews, and data gathering meetings. The dashboard allows you to view and track progress your prospect to client conversions. Opportunities

Prospect to Client Process – This is a new Opportunity template and is designed to track the steps taken in prospect to client conversions. You may edit the template to work with your current system by cloning it first. Items you can edit are tasks, owners, time frames, and lookup lists.
