Background
Global Test Equipment provides the equipment needs of the aerospace and electronics industries, and since their inception in 2003 they have provided equipment to more than 1,000 different end-user customers located in 30 countries and 14 time zones spread across 5 continents. Global Test equipment is known for their dedication to offering complete solutions for test equipment asset management needs.
Problem
As a current user of a CRM solution, Global Test Equipment knew they needed to change to a different CRM solution that could accomplish more of what they needed. The main issue with changing CRM solutions is that Global Test Equipment did not have an in house IT department. Even with this in mind Global Test Equipment decided to view the GoldMine Demo available on the website for FrontRange Solutions and they knew that they definitely wanted to switch to GoldMine, they just had to figure out how to do it.
